How do pickups work? Pickup details and available pickup dates will be provided at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready.
How much notice do you need for orders? Most bakery orders require at least 48 hours’ notice. Larger custom orders may require additional time.

Are your products made in a commercial kitchen? No. Our baked goods are produced in accordance with Missouri Cottage Food Laws and are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the state or local health department.
Do your products contain allergens? Many of our products contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens. Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any allergy-related questions before ordering.

How should I store my sourdough bread? Store bread cut-side down on a cutting board or in a bread bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure online payments through Shopify, including major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I return food products? Due to the nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
